Last week, news broke out that supposedly, Xbox One DRM interrupted a streamed Killer Instinct tournament that was taking place in New York City. At the end of a heated match, the Xbox exited out of the game and asked the user if they are the genuine owners of Killer Instinct.
But today, one of the tournament organizers has come out and explained that the DRM was not the issue. According to Elliott Oyola, the reason why the Xbox interrupted the game because the system disconnected from the 4G connection they were using at the venue.
