Developer Volition teased that it has “exciting things ahead” for the Saints Row franchise last month and now it seems we will be getting an announcement this weekend. A new tweet from the series official Twitter account seems to be preparing us for something big. The tweet is below:

The timing is interesting because this Sunday, Microsoft will kick off E3 with its presser. Now some might say that’s simply coincidental and it means nothing at all, but having not heard from the franchise in awhile this would be the perfect stage to get fans attention once again.
